Where do the sessions take place?
All photography and videography sessions take place at your chosen location in the Levi & Ylläs region – whether it’s snowy forests, fells, your resort, husky rides, or any other Lapland experience you wish to capture.
When will I receive my photos and videos?
Photos: delivered within 24 hours
Videos & combo packages: delivered within 48 hours
Materials are sent via a secure WeTransfer link, which you can easily download to your phone or computer.
How do I book?
Simply select your package on our Booking page and choose a time that suits you.
A secure payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your spot. Payments are processed safely via credit/debit card.
Once confirmed, you’ll immediately receive a booking confirmation by email.

Can I cancel or reschedule?
Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled session to receive a refund.
Cancellations made later than 48 hours before the session are non-refundable.
Rescheduling is possible (subject to availability) if requested more than 48 hours in advance.
In case of severe weather conditions (e.g. storms, extreme cold), we will work with you to find a new suitable time or money will be refunded.
What if I’m late?
Please arrive on time. Sessions begin and end as scheduled – late arrivals may reduce your shooting time, and extensions cannot be guaranteed.
Will my photos/videos be used publicly?
We may ask for your consent to use selected photos or videos in our portfolio, website, or social media. Your privacy and preferences will always be respected – this is entirely optional.
