FAQ & Booking Policy

By booking or participating in any of our services, you agree to the terms and conditions on this page. Each service, package and add-on includes a detailed description of what is included in the price and what is optional.

How to Book

To make a booking, simply send us a message with your preferred date, time and location. Once we confirm availability, we will send you a booking confirmation email containing all details — schedule, meeting point, and a secure payment link (PayPal). Your date is secured only after the full payment has been completed.

Payment

Full payment is required at the time of booking. All payments are handled securely through PayPal. Multiple payment methods are available, including credit cards, debit cards, Apple Pay, and PayPal.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Cancellation policy for photo- & video shoots:

  • Cancellations made 14 days or more before the photoshoot → full refund

  • Cancellations made less than 14 days before → non-refundable

If weather conditions make the shoot impossible (heavy storm/blizzard), we will first try to reschedule.
If rescheduling is not possible, you will receive a full refund.

Cancellation policy for Santa Claus meetings

• Cancellations made 30 days or more before the booked date → full refund
• Cancellations made 14–29 days before the booked date → 50% refund
• Cancellations made less than 14 days before the booked date → non-refundable

Weather Policy

Lapland weather changes fast. Light snow, clouds or cold temperatures do not stop the shoot — they often make it even more magical. Only extreme conditions (unsafe cold, heavy snowfall, storm) may require rescheduling.

Late Arrivals

Please arrive on time. Delays reduce shooting time and we cannot extend the session if another booking follows.
If you are more than 10 minutes late without notice, the session may be marked as cancelled according to our cancellation policy.

Delivery Time

Edited photos and videos are delivered within 2–4 days. You will receive an online gallery + download link.

Usage Rights

All delivered photos and videos include personal and social media usage rights for the client.
We never use your photos or videos in our own marketing, website or social media unless you give us explicit permission.

Custom Packages

If you need something unique — such as a surprise proposal, Northern Lights shoot, multi-day coverage or special locations — simply contact us and we will create a custom offer tailored to your needs.
